• 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead DevOps.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD and automation practices.
• Experience working with on-premise environments and bare metal infrastructure.
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
• Skills in building high-availability systems and disaster recovery plans.
• Knowledge of automation/scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go).
• Experience in team management and code review.
• English at a level sufficient for reading documentation and team communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience in FinTech, iGaming, or other high-load B2C services.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
• Skills in cost optimization (FinOps).
• Experience managing distributed teams.
