✔ At least 8+ years of professional experience in the IT field.

✔ 3+ years of experience in leadership positions.

✔ 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js & React.

✔ 5+ years of commercial experience in web development.

✔ Knowledge of JavaScript and the ECMAScript 6 standards.

✔ Commercial experience in implementing REST and WebSockets.

✔ Experience with Git version control system.

✔ Experience with commercial databases, MySQL.

✔ Experience with RabbitMQ.

✔ Experience with Redis.

✔Advanced level of English.

✔ Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

Were looking for an experienced Team Lead Developer with strong technical expertise in Node.js & React and a solid background in leadership, to join our growing fintech development team in Limassol, Cyprus. You will lead a cross-functional team working on a payment integration platform, contributing directly to architecture, delivery, and team growth.
