● Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate classes across a range of topics — from messy science and movement to music, art, and sensory play
● Foster a warm, welcoming environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and physically
● Collaborate closely with parents to support each child’s learning journey
● Contribute to the creative direction of our programs and seasonal events
● Be a key part of a growing, dynamic team building something meaningful together

● A qualified or soon-to-be qualified Early Childhood Educator (or related field: pedagogy, psychology, education)
● Experienced working with young children in a classroom, daycare, or activity center setting
● Creative, energetic, and patient — you love singing, storytelling, and getting a little messy
● Strong communicator in English (Czech or Spanish is a plus)
● Excited to grow in a collaborative, child-centered environment
