• Completed/in-process IT recruitment/researcher courses
• Understanding how IT companies work (what is a service/product IT company, the most popular positions and levels in the IT sphere, trending programming languages etc.)
• Knowledge/skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job boards)
• Superb written communication skills
• Ability to create attractive messages for candidates
• Ability to learn quickly and eagerness to gain new knowledge and experience
• English — at least Intermediate level

We are looking for a hardworking person who loves to connect with new people and build lifelong relationships.

We work with different markets (Ukraine, Europe, Latin America, USA) and with positions of all levels and technical stacks. Youll have the opportunity to grow very quickly.
