We are looking for a strategic mind with a hands-on approach – someone who can confidently navigate supplier relationships, influence stakeholders, and help drive procurement excellence across categories.

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Partnering with Category Managers on strategy, planning and execution
- Leading sourcing and negotiation processes, identifying key levers and cost-saving opportunities
- Evaluating suppliers and building sustainable relationships
- Managing supplier selection and end-to-end procurement activities
- Coaching junior buyers and supporting team development
- Collaborating cross-functionally across departments and geographies

POŽADAVKY:
What makes you a strong fit?
- Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written – B2+ minimum)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement (strategic or tactical)
- Proven experience in sourcing, tendering and negotiation
- Ability to manage multiple projects with analytical precision and business acumen
- Previous exposure to indirect categories is a plus
- Any knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TQM or APEX is a welcome bonus
