• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing IT solutions using object-oriented programming languages and microservice-oriented architecture
• Practical knowledge of .NET technology, design patterns and MS SQL databases
• Applies clean architecture principles, has production experience with DDD and event storming patterns
• Knowledge of integration technologies
• Capacity to quickly acquire and assimilate knowledge and analyze the operation of complex IT systems
• Proficiency in developing software using Agile methodologies
• Skill in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications and solution design in the domain area
• Competence in implementing new solutions and technologies in line with business requirements
• Extensive domain knowledge in the field of mortgage loans
• Expertise in recommending solutions to complex technological problems, including the design, implementation, development, and testing of advanced applications using .NET technology
• Fluent Polish and good English
