• 6+ years of professional experience with a University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in Full Stack development, including:
  - Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs.
  - Databases: Oracle, MySQL.
  - Frontend: Angular, React, CSS, JavaScript.
  - Build Tools: Maven.
  - Design Patterns and Test Automation frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI tools:
  - OpenAI API / GPT models for intelligent feature development.
• Ability to write clean, coherent, and maintainable code following established guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex software architecture and design challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working as part of an Agile/Scrum team.
• Passion for delivering zero-defect code that meets or exceeds quality SLAs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment best practices.
• Strong research skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with a high sense of accountability.
• Experience with AI-enabled developer productivity tools (GitHub Copilot, Cline, Cursor etc.,) and vector databases for AI-powered search.

,[As a Staff SW Engineer, you will be part of our Visa Developer Platform (VDP) team to help design, enhance and build API On-boarding/Publishing platform in an agile development environment.
