We’re looking for an experienced electrical engineer who wants to play a key role in designing high-end biometric devices used worldwide (fingerprint, facial, and iris recognition). You’ll take the lead from initial concept, through prototyping, all the way to production. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, manufacturing), mentoring junior colleagues, and speaking directly with customers on technical matters.

If you enjoy technical challenges, like to work on real-life products, and want to be part of a stable international company (without unnecessary corporate layers), this role is for you.

• Lead electronic design from concept to mass production

• Do schematics, PCB design, analysis, or lead others to do so

• Own bring-up, debugging, testing, and design improvement phases

• Present results internally and talk tech with clients

• Mentor peers, run trainings, and shape best practices

• Help set strategic direction for future products
Co od vás očekáváme
• 3+ years of team/technical leadership in electronic design

• Deep knowledge of digital, analog, and mixed-signal design

• Experience with full electronics lifecycle (concept production)

• Familiar with EMC, manufacturability (DFM), and testability (DFT)

• Hands-on with E-CAD tools (ideally Altium)

• Fluent English, presenting to international audiences
