Solutions Architect @ ALTEN Polska

  • Min. 8 years of experience as a Solutions Architect/similar role, with a track record of leading at least two full-scale system development projects.
  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field - mandatory
  • Expertise in enterprise-level system design, capacity planning, and security architecture.
  • Strong technical knowledge of databases, application servers, middleware, GIS, web services, directory services, and BI systems.
  • Proficiency in UML and system modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS).
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (RUP, ISO12207, Agile).
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with containerized applications (preferably Red Hat OpenShift), reporting systems, and human capital management solutions.
  • Skilled in architecture optimization and integration of new solutions into existing frameworks.
  • Min. 2 recognized certifications in software architecture/design (e.g., TOGAF, UML Professional, or equivalent)
  • Very good English - at least B2

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and optimization of enterprise-level ICT systems. You will be responsible for setting architectural standards, ensuring interoperability, and driving innovation while maintaining security, performance, and compliance.
