We’re a delivery partner for a global tech company specializing in automation for the insurance sector. Join our implementation team as a Solution Lead and drive digital transformation projects for a leading U.S. insurance client!

About the role:

We are looking for a Solution Lead with a strong software engineering background to lead the delivery of a strategic Term Life platform for a major U.S. insurance client.

This role is ideal for someone who has grown from hands-on development (JavaScript/NodeJS/Angular or similar modern stacks) into solution architecture and leadership, and now wants to combine deep technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and team management.

You will take charge of designing and implementing scalable solutions, ensuring smooth execution with distributed teams, and later evolve into building a Product Engineering function for our Client in the U.S.

Engagement: project for an American Insurance Customer

Location: fully remote across Poland

Working hours: we work with a U.S. client, so you can begin your day anytime between 9:00 and 11:00 am CET
