What we expect from you

• At least 5 years hands-on experience in commercial software development
• At least 2 years experience as a team or technical leader 
• Upper-intermediate English or better
• Strong expertise in cloud engineering and at least one modern programming ecosystem (e.g., .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Python)
• Hands-on experience with at least on of major cloud platforms (MS Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), architecture design patterns and industry best practices
• Comfortable with direct communication with clients
• Open/flexible mind, strong analytical skills and critical thinking, ready to learn
