Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a strong focus on CRM, customer engagement, and marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketing systems such as CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), campaign management tools, or marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Ability to design architectures that integrate across various systems including data layers, e-commerce, and ERP if necessary.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid environments.

Nice to Have:

• Background in e-commerce and/or ERP platforms (especially if connected to customer-facing functions).
• Exposure to enterprise-level retail systems.
• Experience in data-driven marketing and decisioning engines.

We are looking for a Solutions Architect with a strong background in customer engagement, CRM, and marketing platforms, to join a project for a major retail client. This is a critical role bridging the gap between Enterprise Architecture and Data Architecture, with a specific focus on Customer Decisioning solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in solution architecture within the context of marketing technologies, and have hands-on experience designing and implementing systems that drive customer engagement and personalized communication.
