- More than 3 years job experience in communication or marketing-related roles
- Experience of managing and collaborating in virtual communities
- Very good knowledge of collaboration tools (MS-Teams)
- Good understanding of Software Engineering approaches, principles (DevOps, Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience in software development project and first tool insights (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins …)
- High level of self-motivation and proactiveness in developing new approaches
- Good moderation and presentation skills
- Good team player
- Language skills in English fluent in spoken and written, and German optional
