The company has become a market leader by focusing on product quality, user experience, and smart engineering at scale.Recently launched an R&D hub in Warsaw, currently ~60 engineers and growing fast. The local team works directly on the core platform as well as new standalone products, including a cloud-based CRM, a customer ticketing system, and advanced self-service tools for enterprise clients — all built on the same scalable cloud infrastructure.The engineering culture is radically product-oriented. You won’t be “just coding” here — you’ll help shape what gets built and how. You’ll take part in meaningful architectural conversations, build for scale, and work across the stack.
