**Our compensation structure is the base salary and equity in the form of restricted stock units.

The Metadata Extract team at Box drives critical innovation in intelligent content processing using cutting-edge Agentic AI technologies. We develop proprietary systems leveraging OCR and LLMs to deeply understand documents and extract key information at scale - enhancing productivity and automating workflows. Our work powers essential features across Box by turning unstructured content into structured data.

In this role, you’ll work alongside a passionate and experienced team of Machine Learning Engineers to design and deliver intelligent systems that meet the highest standards of availability, scalability, security, and compliance. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI at Box, building robust pipelines and infrastructure that bring cutting-edge research into production at enterprise scale.
