• Familiarity with financial markets and instruments, such as Fixed Income, FX, Credit, Equities, or derivatives.

This role involves hands-on software development aimed at automating business workflows, modernizing technology stacks, and collaborating with cross-regional teams. You’ll work closely with colleagues in New York and Warsaw to build and maintain low-latency systems for position management, supporting a wide range of Macro trading activities.
