Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 3+ years of experience (or 5+ years for a senior-level role). 
• Proven experience in automated testing using tools like Visual Studio, NUnit, TestNG, and programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python. 
• Familiarity with Distribution, Energy, Generation Management Systems (DMS/EMS/GMS) and SCADA systems is a plus. 
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and testing tools (e.g., Zephyr Scale, Azure DevOps). 
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and version control systems like Git. 
• Experience with performance, security, and compliance testing is an advantage. 
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and make decisions that impact product quality and customer satisfaction. 
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous learning.
