Social Media Manager (TikTok, Instagram, SaaS product) @ Railsware

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) Especially TikTok.
• Good understanding of SMM trends in Anglophone countries, primarily the United States
• Creative approach to experimenting with formats, visuals, and narratives that make content stand out
• Hands-on experience in video editing and video content creation for different platforms
• AI tools proficiency for content creation, posting, and editing
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics
• Practical experience in using native platform functionalities for content publishing, editing, and optimization
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different audiences and platforms
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Experience writing for B2B or B2C audiences

Would be a plus

• Experience in content creation for SaaS products
• Familiarity with email testing or email infrastructure tools
• Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and content creation
