• Proven experience as a Snowflake Developer, with a strong track record in a senior or leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Proficiency with Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Snowflake Data Sharing, and Snowflake Secure Data Sharing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data integration tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Snowflake certification.
• Experience with other data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Massive Rocket, a global Martech agency specializing in Braze and Snowflake, is looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer ( Full-stack React/Typescript) to join our growing team. We work with clients across the U.S., U.K., and European Union, delivering cutting-edge marketing technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing internal products and crafting client solutions using React. 

As a Snowflake Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions using Snowflakes cloud data platform. You will have a dual responsibility of being hands-on with technical tasks while also managing a team of Snowflake developers. Your role will involve overseeing the development of data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and leading your team to deliver high-quality data solutions. You will also stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our data strategy remains innovative and effective.

Location: 100% remote anywhere in Spain or Poland.
