• 6+ years of professional experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• 1+ year of experience in a technical leadership or team management role.
• Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Proficient in working in Linux-based environments.
• Understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
• Experience leading distributed teams and collaborating across departments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative, and ownership mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Go programming.
• Broader background in software engineering, including architecture and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with modern API standards and data exchange formats (HTTP/1.1, RESTful API, etc.).
• Prior involvement in cloud-native transformations or delivery standardization projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Lead to join a global infrastructure team supporting large-scale software delivery projects. In this hybrid role, based in either Warsaw or Kraków, you will oversee both the technical development and team leadership aspects of embedded SRE initiatives. Youll play a key part in driving technology transformation and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of complex systems.
