One of the key products within this ecosystem is a free, digital business account tailored for freelancers and small businesses – a solution designed to challenge traditional banking.

The Site Reliability Engineering team plays a crucial role in this journey. It’s a high-performing, cross-functional squad focused on ensuring the platform’s scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. Engineers in this team work closely with product-aligned squads to build internal tooling, improve service performance, and drive adoption of best practices across the tech organization.

Engineers are encouraged to experiment, share knowledge, and take part in initiatives such as incident simulations, performance workshops, and cross-team mentoring.
