To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development.
- Proven expertise in configuring ServiceNow Performance Analytics and developing dashboards.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow PA and Reporting modules.
- Hands-on experience with indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and scorecards.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer for scripting and automation.
- Strong understanding of data structures, CMDB relationships, and KPI frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA); Performance Analytics certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with data governance and reporting best practices.
- Experience working with large datasets and optimizing dashboard performance.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in English (C1/C2); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with external BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
