Qualification & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture 
  • Proven expertise in Nuvolo modules and hands-on implementation experience 
  • Understanding of ITSM framework 
  • Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end solutions based on complex business 
    requirements 
  • Experience working in enterprise-level environments with diverse stakeholders 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Professional knowledge of English 
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting

Kibit is a Hungarian IT software company providing solutions and resources for software development and IT service management across international projects. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Architect with Nuvolo experience for our project in Luxembourg. This is a full-time role with long-term potential. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel to Hungary (1–2 times per year) for team alignment or company events.

,[Lead the design and architecture of solutions within the Nuvolo platform to address complex business requirements, Ensure that all architectural solutions are scalable, secure, and in line with industry best practices and internal standards, Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications, Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and developers to ensure architectural alignment across functions, Contribute to ongoing technical discussions with the enterprise architecture board, Participate in architecture reviews, design validations, and produce necessary documentation, Work with both internal and external stakeholders, Support delivery teams during the implementation and testing phases, As an integrated member of the team, actively participate in collaboration, daily operations, and cross-functional meetings] Requirements: Nuvolo, ServiceNow, ServiceNow Architect Certification
