We are now strengthening our coordination capacity both within Service and Production Follow-Up. This new role as Service & Production Coordinator will be a key link between our headquarters in Norway and our entity in Poland. The position covers coordination and administration of warranty, service and upgrade projects, as well as planning and optimization of production follow up activities together with our Production Follow-Up Team in Poland.

,[Coordination and administration of warranty projects, service projects and upgrade projects, Supporting Service Engineer personnel (Planning of travel globally, Equipment and parts for project/job execution, Customer follow-up, Project administration and progress reporting to customers and internally, Closing activities and documentation for invoicing), Long-term strategic planning of personnel needs in close cooperation with all stakeholders in both Norway and Poland, Coordination of Service Engineers for and during assignments, including travel arrangements, visa application processes and passports, Ensuring courses, certificates and passports are valid in cooperation with the Service Coordinator, Helping to build and maintain strong customer relations, Assisting the Service Manager in maintaining and expanding our Global Partner Network and coordinating third party resources in the field, Support and coordinate the daily work of Production Follow Up Engineers in Poland, in close cooperation with the Production Follow Up Manager in Poland, Contribute to planning, scheduling and optimization of production follow up activities to ensure smooth execution of projects, Assist in aligning resources and priorities between Service and Production Follow Up functions, Strategic planning and maintenance under test infrastructure located at factories to meet project requirement together with other stakeholders, Collaborate closely with the Service Coordinator at our headquarters in Norway to ensure seamless coordination across Service and Production activities, Travel between Norway and Poland must be expected as part of the role] Requirements:
