• 3+ years of experience in CIB Markets, Risk projects, and financial products
  
• Knowledge of XVA and Counterparty Risk metrics (mandatory)
  
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Control M
  
• Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira, Confluence
  
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and business orientation
  
• Fluent English (min.B2)
