YOUR PROFILE
- Knowledge and utilization of ITSM, SNOW and other CapGemini tools used to tickets registration
- Detailed ITIL awareness, ITIL Certification would be an advantage
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate Service Level Review meetings
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Ability to manage and collaborate with virtual teams
- Knowledge of Problem Management, Incident, Management, and Change Management

YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced ITIL Service Management/Service Level Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving our IT service management processes, ensuring that service levels are met and exceeded. This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
