Requirements

• Extensive functional Workday expertise, particularly in Core HCM 
• Strong experience in organization design, security model setup, and compensation planning 
• Proven track record in Workday configuration, enhancements, and optimization  
• Experience in process analysis and simplification, including automation readiness 
• Solid understanding of integration flows and data governance in Workday ecosystems 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills  
• Prior experience with change management, user enablement, and adoption strategies  
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international setup  
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant Workday consulting experience, with senior/lead roles preferred 

Senior Workday Consultant

Our client is seeking experienced Senior Workday Consultants to support their global HR transformation initiatives. This is a long-term freelance contract opportunity with full remote flexibility.

The role focuses on maximizing the value of Workday Core HCM through process optimization, functional enhancements, and user adoption. You will work closely with business stakeholders across different geographies to ensure that Workday delivers measurable impact in daily operations.

We are particularly interested in professionals with strong functional expertise who can bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities.
