• 5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, typography, composition, and motion
• Ability to translate brand strategy into distinctive digital design systems
• Experience working with design systems, especially tokenized systems, and understanding of building scalable, flexible visual frameworks
• Understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility, and designing for multiple platforms
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion/prototyping tools (After Effects, Principle, or similar)
• Keen eye for craft and detail, ensuring each pixel reinforces the brand’s character
• Confidence in presenting ideas, leading creative discussions, and guiding junior designers
• Natural collaboration with cross-functional teams — UX, strategy, and development — to bring concepts to life
• Curiosity about design trends, culture, and competitive landscapes to keep work fresh and relevant
• Upper-intermediate English level
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Strong desire to learn more about business every day
