Senior UX/UI Designer @ Efigence SA

Who we’re looking for

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (enterprise/fintech background is a strong plus),
• Strong skills across the core domains of design – from research and information architecture to polished UI,
• Fluent, communicative business-level English, both spoken and written,
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and propose practical, user-centered solutions.
  
• Bonus points for:
• experience in leading or coordinating design work,
• familiarity with financial and banking products,
• interest and hands-on experience with new technologies (including AI),
• experience in estimating design work,
• Experience in workshop facilitation and Discovery process,
• Experience in contributing and managing Design Systems

Location: Warsaw / Remote (with possible business trips to clients)
