- 5+ years of professional research experience
- At minimum Bachelors degree required (like: UX, Design, Service Design, Sociological studies, Research studies, Data Analytics etc.)
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis tools
- Experience with complex journey mapping is preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Some experience in meeting/ workshop facilitation
- Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously across multiple stakeholder groups
- Proven track record of leading successful research initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Fluent use of digital mapping and interactive tools like Miro/ Mural
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment is a plus
