Senior UI/UX Design Manager (LLM-based Productivity Tool) @ HSBC Technology Poland

What you need to have to succeed in this role 

• Experience in UI/UX design, specifically with web applications, design systems, and user research.
• Experience with user research methods to inform design decisions.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI/GAI).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to users and engage stakeholders.
• Strong ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategic actions and design.
• Proactive attitude, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about staying up to date on the latest technology advancements and their benefits to financial services.

Group AI Management and Strategy (AIMS) team is responsible for developing and implementing Group-wide strategic programs across HSBC aimed at accelerating the commercialisation and delivery of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML). Key areas of focus include responsible development practices, common platforms and capabilities, AI technology enablement, governance, and the Group-wide AI Strategy.

We are looking for an UI / UX Lead to play a crucial role in shaping the user experience strategy and implement the interface design of an LLM-based productivity tool. This role combines rapid prototyping, collaborating across teams, user feedback, and design excellence to develop the best-in-class colleague productivity app at the bank.
