• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, business analysis, and QA leadership.
  
• Proven expertise in AI/ML adoption, data ecosystems, and analytics-driven decision-making.
  
• Strong background in EdTech platforms, learning management systems, and assessment technologies.
  
• Certified Scrum Master; additional certifications in Data Science & Machine Learning.
  
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, cloud migration, and digital transformation projects.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Excellent English speaking skills (C1)

,[Define and execute product vision and strategy for AI/ML-driven applications and data platforms., Translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps, ensuring stakeholder alignment and delivery., Lead cross-functional teams in building scalable, secure data workflows and integrations across systems., Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value AI and analytics use cases that improve student and business outcomes., Consult on cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS/GCP) to support digital transformation initiatives., Drive continuous improvement through Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring product and sprint goals are met., Support governance and compliance efforts, including ISMS-related standards.] Requirements: ML, AI, EdTech Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects.
