Senior SW Engineer - AI Tools and Agents Development @ Nordic Semiconductor Poland Sp. z o.o.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, RAG architecture, and transformer models.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with MLOps concepts
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and model evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and model explainability.
