What skill are we looking for?

• A strong technical background in software engineering and architecture, with experience in modern programming languages.
• Willing to come into our Kraków or Gdańsk office 2-3 times per week.
• Ability to work independently with very little direction, taking full ownership of projects.
• Identifying blind spots, anticipating challenges, and prioritizing work effectively.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency using Javascript, Typescript, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Experience in writing and/or supporting React.
• Some experience using Python, Django, or FastAPI.
• Experience with RDBMS/SQL is required (Postgres).

• Location: Kraków.
