• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
• Possess expert level experience in a DevOps, Development, or SysAdmin role working with large scale distributed systems
• Have experience with building tools for automation and infrastructure at scale(python/go, terraform, saltstack, jenkins)
• Be able to work in alignment with strategic business initiatives and coordinate the work of other engineers
• Demonstrate excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently
• Possess informed opinions on technology and software design to bring to the table

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Lead, you will specialize in creating solutions that improve automation and efficiencies across all internal teams. You will drive automation, operational excellence, and support our customer facing applications and infrastructure. This will require creative thinking combined with deep domain expertise in the areas of Linux systems administration, configuration management, automation, software development.
