• Scrum Master & SAFe certification
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development related work
• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope in a multicultural, international environment
• Experience working with virtual/dispersed project/service teams
• Good knowledge of project management methods
• Strong consulting and negotiation skills
• English at C1/C2 level
• Experience in supporting a RTE (Release Train Engineer) in coordinating program-level activities, tracking dependencies, and communicating status across teams
