• Practical experience with Scrum/Kanban, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
• Confident communicator with facilitation and servant-leadership skills
• Comfortable working in global, cross-functional environments
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/PMI-ACP)
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Azure, DevOps tools, and modern architecture concepts
• Exposure to regulated environments (e.g. finance, healthcare)
• Familiarity with SAFe or Lean methodologies
• Interest or knowledge in Agile + AI intersections

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery, coach teams, and ensure the successful execution of projects across infrastructure and software development. You’ll guide Agile teams through delivery processes, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with developers, product owners, and IT leadership to keep projects on track, remove impediments, and help teams work effectively across different stacks and locations.
