Requirements:

Project Description:

Join a dynamic, international IT team supporting and enhancing our Salesforce ecosystem. This is a maintenance-focused project involving day-to-day application support, incident resolution, platform upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers exposure to complex Salesforce environments including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industries solutions.

Work Conditions:

  • Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00.
  • On-call duty: 18:00 – 09:00, with phone support, required to respond within 30 minutes.
  • Weekly on-call schedule, typically split between weekdays and weekends.
  • On-call compensation: 15h duty paid as 2h during weekdays, 4h during weekends.
  • Any work during critical incidents outside scheduled duty hours (e.g., at 23:00) counts as overtime.
