Senior Salesforce Developer @ Formlabs

• 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, including version control (Git) and deployment processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce issues.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Skills:

• Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with CRM.
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Formlabs, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce platform. You will work on developing new features, integrating Salesforce with other business systems, and ensuring the stability and scalability of our CRM environment. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and other technical teams to deliver impactful solutions that improve operational efficiency and support our growth.

You will be joining the Systems team, which enables Formlabs teams with enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, and security to do their best work. The team supports all areas of the company and has team members globally.
