Requirements:

• Regular+ or Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in Salesforce implementation projects. 
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. 
• Experience working in distributed, cross-regional teams (Europe / ANZ / India). 
• Comfortable with early-morning meetings (6:00–7:00 CET) to align with Melbourne-based stakeholders. 
• Self-driven, flexible, and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.

This role sits at the heart of that journey, driving smarter business processes and shaping a Salesforce ecosystem that truly enables growth. Were looking for an experienced Salesforce expert with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex implementations.
