What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React Native (Expo)  
• Hands-on experience with cloud solutions (DigitalOcean or AWS) 
• Proven contributions to at least 5 commercial projects – include clear examples in your CV (your role, challenges, solutions, and results) 
• Comfortable with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf) or open to learning 
• Ability to create and work with technical diagrams (class, sequence, flow, use case) 
• Strong English (B2+) and fluent Polish (C1/C2) 
• Team-oriented and open to feedback 
• Problem-solver who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate roadblocks
