• Practical experience working with design systems
• Proven track record of implementing design systems in different applications
• Experience leading implementation processes and working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in an international environment

• Very good command of English (work in an international team)
• Experience with Extreme Programming / Pair Programming principles will be a strong plus
