Senior Quality Assurance (Automation) Specialist @ Efigence SA

• Proven experience in QA automation for mobile and web applications (5+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Mockito, Selenium, Appium, Katalon or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of Postman and API automation testing
• Experience designing QA processes, test strategies, and quality models in a financial or banking environment
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation purposes
• Understanding of mobile app testing (iOS/Android) and web application testing best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to improve overall product quality
  
• Proficiency in English at a strongly conversational level (C1)  
• Flexibility to work on Sundays and holidays, aligning with client working hours (Sunday–Thursday workweek in Saudi Arabia)

• Experience in designing digital customer journeys (UX testing focus)
• Background working with corporate clients in the Persian Gulf region

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our digital banking solutions through innovative automation strategies.
