• 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA and testing within the financial or capital markets domain.
• Strong proficiency in writing and executing automated and manual tests for complex financial systems.
• In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle, with a focus on Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams.
• Proven experience in risk-based testing and prioritizing tests based on business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

*We are looking for Poland based candidate. The job is Hybrid and requires some trips to Warsaw (usually once a month). Warsaw (+nearby) based candidate is preferred.
