Essential Skills and Experience Required: 

• Fluency in English. 
• Solid project management experience, particularly in digital transformation and IT delivery projects.
• Experience of coordinating and performing end-user testing (UAT) for digital solutions.
• Good understanding of end-to-end data flow and interoperability of information. Knowledge of SAP, MES,
• Experience in digital transformation and change management is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the digital manufacturing industry best practices and standards.

Nice to Have: 

• Power Bl and other analytics tools would be an advantage.
• Project Management certification would be an additional benefit.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled professional to lead the Digital TrafoSignature initiative within the Digital Passport program for Distribution & Traction Transformers Global Product Group. This role combines project leadership with deep expertise in SAP, data analytics, manufacturing systems, and product traceability. Role will be a part of business organization - Global Product Group Distribution and Traction Transformers with close collaboration with IT Manufacturing department (IT organization). 

,[Lead the implementation and execution of the TrafoSignature project as part of the broader Digital Passport initiative., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product traceability solutions aligned with operational and compliance requirements., Identify improvements and support IT department in the end-users testing and delivery of product traceability capabilities, Analyze production and traceability data to generate actionable insights and support continuous improvement., Contribute to the development and deployment of digital applications that enhance traceability and data visibility across the product lifecycle.] Requirements: MES, SAP, Project management, Power BI Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Pluralsight.
