• Min 5 years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis  
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum  
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements  
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops  
• Skilled in creating user stories, use cases, and process flows (BPMN/UML)  
• Ownership of product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  
• Familiarity with IT architecture and compliance requirements  
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, and other requirement management platforms  
• Ability to adapt products to local market and regulatory needs  
• Communicative English  

Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases  
• Familiarity with front-end technologies or programming languages

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Product Owner position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the iLottery industry.

You Can Expect:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis and product ownership for platform localization  
• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment  
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria  
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., Italy and other EU countries)  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and define sprint goals  
• Business trips to Warsaw - up to 1-2 weeks from the clients office
