Requirements


Senior Presales Consultant:

  • 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end presales pursuits and complex solutioning engagements, ideally across multiple service lines or client verticals.
  • Proven track record of owning the full presales cycle — from client discovery to proposal submission — including direct client communication.
  • Skilled in conducting strategic discovery sessions, analyzing client challenges, and translating them into structured solution architectures and delivery models.
  • Strong capability in structuring and writing winning proposals, including technical narratives, commercial offers, and executive summaries.
  • Deep understanding of solution design principles, modern architectures (Netgurus offering -FE, BE, Mobile, AWS, GCP, Azure), and digital delivery models.
  • Proficiency in financial and pricing models, including rate cards, blended team structures, and margin optimization.
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and commercial acumen — able to balance feasibility, competitiveness, and client value.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to Sales and Delivery, driving pursuit qualification, strategy, and win themes.
  • Mentors junior presales consultants and contributes to scalable processes, templates, and playbooks.
