Essential skills:

• Strong expertise in .NET/.NET Core and solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in multi-threading and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
• Background in designing and building API-based, service-oriented, or microservice architectures.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as NUnit, Moq, or Cucumber.
• Strong knowledge of middleware messaging services like RabbitMQ, TIBCO, or SignalR.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools like Git, TeamCity, etc.
• Understanding of Agile development and software lifecycle methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Fixed Income products.
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with JavaScript SPA frameworks.
• Experience working with AWS services.

Our client from the banking sector is launching a greenfield initiative to enhance its electronic trading capabilities within the Fixed Income domain. The project is backed by senior business stakeholders and involves close collaboration with trading teams in London and Spain. The goal is to build a cloud-based trading platform that supports electronic trading and pricing workflows. The development team is small and agile, focused on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions using modern technologies and best practices. The platform is hosted on AWS and leverages a wide range of services within the AWS ecosystem.
