About you
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A master’s degree is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing, project management, or related areas are a plus.

- Strong marketing skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
About the role
The Senior Marketing Manager – Reseller & Registry is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth.
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive business and marketing goals.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of marketing calendars, quarterly plans, and monthly reports.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
- Drive the creation of marketing materials, including ads, brochures, emails, and social media content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Brand Management:
- Ensure the company’s brand identity is consistent across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Work with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
Budget Management:
- Contribute to and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Sales Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and support sales initiatives.
- Provide sales teams with the tools and materials needed to effectively sell products and services.
- Align marketing activities with sales goals to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing performance, including ROI, customer acquisition costs, and brand sentiment.
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics to inform future strategies.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as digital agencies and freelancers, to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Apart from your base salary, you will receive cash bonus.
