• 5+ years of experience in Java (11+) development
• Experience applying or integrating AI and machine learning solutions into enterprise applications
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar)
• Understanding of generative AI models and their potential use cases in software engineering
• Solid understanding of Spring Boot and microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of multithreading and concurrent programming in Java
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Continuous Delivery, Clean Code, TDD, IaC, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• Familiarity with Apache Camel
